When most people had sports practice or band in high school, I was taking photography class and spending my free time obsessing over editing techniques on the computer. My most prized possession was my camera, and I begged friends to let me take their pictures, along with capturing moody shots of trees + flowers (naturally).
Getting my art degree in college expanded my love of composition, knowledge of color theory and software skills to maximize photos.
But I really fell deep in love with capturing moments after becoming a mother. After hiring photographers to make sure each milestone was documented for our family, I found it bringing me so much joy I wanted to share with others. So I took courses from some of the best and am happy to help you capture memories today!

families whose kiddos are kind and creative and loud and messy. Whose Mamas sometimes forget to take time for themselves, and whose Dad's may or may not love participating in pictures, but showed up anyway.
I love shooting families that don't look 'traditional', or are starting a new chapter.
I'm never above bribing kiddos with snacks for great smiles and may or may not pull out potty humor to get a good shot. I love to make shoots fast and fun to capture everyone at their best.
